Agreement to Terms

By booking or using the services of AC Service Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

AC Service Pro provides the following aircond services:

  • Chemical wash and deep cleaning
  • Standard cleaning and maintenance
  • Repairs and troubleshooting
  • Gas top-up and refrigerant services
  • New unit installation
  • Unit relocation

Service Area

We provide services in Kepong and surrounding areas in Kuala Lumpur. Areas outside our standard coverage may be serviced at our discretion and may incur additional travel charges.

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website
  • We will confirm your appointment time within 24 hours
  • Same-day or next-day appointments are subject to availability

Cancellation

  • Please provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
  • Prices quoted are based on standard conditions and may vary based on actual unit condition
  • Any additional costs will be communicated and approved before work proceeds
  • Promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions at the time of booking

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay)
  • For large jobs, a deposit may be required

Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

All our services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. This covers issues directly related to the work we performed.

What's Covered

  • Recurrence of the same issue we repaired
  • Problems caused by our workmanship
  • Issues with parts we supplied and installed

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues
  • Problems unrelated to our work
  • Pre-existing conditions not identified during initial service
  • Damage due to misuse or neglect
  • Units tampered with by others after our service

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your aircond unit and issues
  • Ensure safe access to the unit(s) to be serviced
  • Inform us of any special conditions (pets, allergies, access restrictions)
  • Be present during the service or arrange authorized access
  • Provide electricity and water access as needed for the service

Limitation of Liability

AC Service Pro shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Pre-existing damage or wear to your equipment
  • Damage caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss of use or business interruption

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Property Access

By booking our services, you grant our technicians permission to access your property to perform the requested services. Our technicians may need to access various areas of your property to complete the work. Please secure valuables and ensure pets are contained during the service visit.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AC Service Pro and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
